Eileen has a strong depth of understanding across business units and is passionate about prioritizing human wellness while guiding organizations, and individuals, to create and sustain diverse and inclusive learning mindsets. Eileen’s daringly candid, highly energized, and collaborative style has been a key success factor in her design and facilitation of a myriad of learning events and her inspired coaching relationships. Her portfolio of programs ranges in scale from premier executive leader retreats to customized, cutting-edge leadership and communication programs, and a multitude of cultural change, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.

In 2019, Eileen took her own best advice and began a career pivot to become a licensed mental health therapist. Following her true purpose and desire to help others, she returned to graduate school for a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. It is no surprise that she quickly began to bridge her corporate training and coaching skills with her new clinical skills to benefit current and future clients. Eileen works with therapeutic clients starting in adolescence and beyond who are seeking help to understand and improve their mental wellness, process big and little trauma, and manage symptoms that disrupt their day-to-day.

She received her bachelor’s degree from National-Louis University and is currently completing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University. Eileen holds certifications with Center for Creative Leadership, SHRM Diversity, ATD, and she is an authorized partner of Engagement Multiplier.

Working with Eileen

“Eileen and I worked together for the Network of Executive Women, a non-profit organization focused on the advancement of women.  We partnered on several initiatives for Fortune 500 companies where we worked with HR and Diversity & Inclusion leaders to identify challenges and opportunity areas for their associates. Eileen then created and facilitated leadership development curriculum to address the challenges and empower the associates to improve their leadership skills.  Eileen’s candor and relationship building skills enabled her to quickly build trust and engagement with program participants.  She is fantastic at facilitating groups in person or online as she brings people out of their shells and gets them sharing and engaging.  I highly recommend her and would work with her again!”
